These terms apply to use of the Codes 'n' Coffee Tech website. A software engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, not by website copy, an AI response, or an illustrative blueprint.

Permitted use

You may browse and share public page links for legitimate personal or business evaluation. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or reproduce substantial site content or brand assets as your own.

Illustrative material and AI output

Generic diagrams, workflow examples, and generated blueprint output are for orientation. They may be incomplete or incorrect and do not represent a client implementation, guaranteed result, quotation, binding proposal, implementation scope, or professional advice.

The AI blueprint builder is limited to ERP Simplification, Intelligent Resource Scheduling, and Custom Software Development. Attempts to use it for unrelated requests, sensitive records, or instructions that bypass its controls may be refused.

Case studies and client attribution

Case studies describe project scope and outcomes based on information approved by the client. Client names and quotations are used with permission. A case study does not guarantee that another engagement will produce the same result.

Discovery inquiries

Submitting the form asks us to consider a business conversation. It does not require either party to proceed. The embedded Google Calendar schedule appears only after the internal inquiry email is accepted, and a meeting remains exploratory unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Requesting a blueprint authorizes transactional delivery of the requested PDF, or an accurate acknowledgement when automated generation or PDF creation is unavailable, to the submitted work email. It does not subscribe the address to marketing communication.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties concerning completeness, suitability, or a particular operational result.

Intellectual property

Website copy, original diagrams, software, and Codes 'n' Coffee Tech brand assets remain with their respective owners. Third-party names and services remain the property of their owners.
